REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! We offer a 90 day return to all orders!

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are damage or defective during shipping and upon receipt.

If applicable:

  1. To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased products from magicbody.co.
  2. You can submit refund requests within 55 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. Please contact us @ support@magicbody.com for your request.
  3. You will be required to pay for the return shipping label. 
  4. Once approved, allow us 24-48 hours to process your refund.

Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase. 

Refund Timeline: Once we initiate the refund, If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 20% restocking fee from the total paid including shipping fees for any items that are returned.

Refund Processing Time:
If your return is accepted you will receive 80% of the total amount you paid to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order with MagicBody:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please reach out to us directly via email at: support@magicbody.com.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel orders after 6 hours as they may already be in the processing stage.

Return Label:

There is no shipping label provided, and returning the item to the address is the customer's responsibility.

Confirmation Email: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.
